Hey it's also on Neil's website! Go to NeilYoung.com and click on the blue "Living With War Today" at the top of the page. Next, click on the "LWW top 1950 songs-listen here" It's number 69 right now. And if you don't want to listen to it, there are others!! ARLO FOR PRESIDENT !

Did anyone hear about Cafe Press on NPR? No overhead, and you can set up a free storefront and sell Tshirts, thongs (yikes), baseball caps, baby onesies--just about anything--with your design. Arlo for President shirts would be a hit. Proceeds could go to the Church. It's worth checking out--the person featured on the radio story was the one to come up with shirts that only had the date of the next presidential inauguration--no comment, just the date. She made "six figures" they said. It's enough to make me think materialism has its merits. I could buy a lot of tofu and hemp with cash like that.
Check out the details at www.cafepress.com.

I've heard of them. That sounds like a great idea. But the shirts have to be available in the plus sizes as well as the regular ones so everyone can wear one... :)

OOoohh yeah!!! Especially when the timer says "time's up"

I think they usually allow 2 minutes or some ridiculous short time for each speaker on each question... HAHAHAHAHA!!!!

I had a CafePress storefront years ago. It was fun. Proceeds went to asthma research because the shirt featured a "sonflower" painted by Michael when he was 5.

Well Arlo, you can't listen to Larry for cryin' out loud..The man reads cheese, ....Swiss cheese.....HE READS CHEESE...HE IS EVEN BOASTFUL ABOUT IT!, are you listenin to me Arlo, The man reads cheese and he is measuring me with the crazy stick? I know one thing, I might let Larry in the basement but he damn sure ain't getting near the refrigerator without proper supervision!

The reason for the swiss cheese reading is finally uncovered:
    The Swiss Cheese model of accident causation is a model used in the risk analysis and risk management of human systems. It likens human systems to multiple slices of Swiss cheese, stacked together, side by side. ... In the Swiss Cheese model, an organization's defences against failure are modelled as a series of barriers, represented as slices of Swiss cheese. The holes in the cheese slices represent individual weaknesses in individual parts of the system, and are continually varying in size and position in all slices. The system as a whole produces failures when all of the holes in each of the slices momentarily align, permitting "a trajectory of accident opportunity", so that a hazard passes through all of the holes in all of the defenses, leading to a failure.

He reads swiss cheese to figure out what "trajectory of accident opportunity" Bush (the "hazard") is about to take advantage of. How did we miss that!!!???

I found this on a site that has lists of the old X does it with jokes. Imagine my surprise.....

{Arlo Guthrie does it on his motorcycle.}

Arlo shows up everywhere, doesn't he??

What this means for his Presidency, I dunno, but it's something to think about....
