good golly you folks must all have smarts, me I think being a poor country boy is taking all my time and effort.

I am thinking that Flagstaff is a great town but mighty cold in the winter, gallup on the other hand is also a good town and very near to shiprock, one of the best places to be on this planet, but where ever you go, there you will be, just like if you are really smart you are where you are at now.

One of my professors is using web software for group meetings and stuff--it's just like ArloNet, where you post to different threads to meet up with your group--I knew being an Arlo fan was a smart thing to do--now it even helps with school work <img src="http://www.arlo.net/ubb/smilies/smile.gif" width=15 height=15>

Flagstaff "brags" that they get 95 inches of snow... from September thru May... not MY kind of town. But at least they have a Staples and a Home Depot there. In Gallup, I couldn't even get a part for my digital camera! I would have had to go BACK to Albuquerque.... 2 hours away! Gallup also has 4 seasons, and I'm sure they get some snow there. I KNOW they get cold rain, cos it was cold and raining the night I was there, in July.

Gallup also has more diverse Indian groups, and is known as the Indian Capital of the World, so it's looking more and more like Gallup's the one.

Sorry BuffaloGal but it snows in Gallup as well, not as deep but it seems to be colder at times, but yes dear both places can offer a frostbite when it is least expected....If you are going to live in gallup, try to pick up some Spanish as it will be a great help, I myself know only about fifty words but it has made me some friends.

There you go. Being an Arlo fan just got me a very interesting job interview today. More on that if anything develops. Being an Arlo fan also learned me how to make nice websites for both my kids. Being an Arlo fan has a thousand and one uses. All the computer related ones are also Dave's fault, of course.

The reason Iw anted to egt on the internet ever since 1995 but not able to until 1998 was I wanted to get ARLONET. It's helped me learn so much about how to do the internet. <img src="http://www.arlo.net/ubb/smilies/smile.gif" width=15 height=15>

I've always been surprised at how much being an Arlo fan makes an impact in lots more ways than just music and computers--I mean, I mean, once my niece had to do a project for school where they were studying the 60's and 70's (yes, friends, our lives are now history)<img src="http://www.arlo.net/ubb/smilies/smile.gif" width=15 height=15> Well, she asked her Aunt Pat for help, and NO...she didn't do Alice's, but she brought in the tape of Presidential Rag. I do believe she got an A on the project, thank you very much!!! (and thanks, Arlo!)
