I'd heard about the new Who tour. Bummer on the fan going out. Here in VA it's over 100 heat index. And tomorrow it's gonna be 100 with an over 100 heat index. And over 100 heat index for the next day or so. Hot...

I made the voyage down to my basement, and hauled my air-conditioner upstairs... ( the wife & I had made a pact, that we wouldn't use it, as it tweaks the utility bill ) I'm glad we didn't have this heat wave, when she was in Chicago.... Sue would have probly came home, and found me, swollen up like a dead bull frog you find in the road, the day after a good rain....)

So it's kewl around home, but breathing bad aire, gives me a sore throat. So I'm still croaking like a bull frog, but at least I'm kewl....

Too bad for the Canadian Mail, system Spark. I send you a fan, snail, but even overnite, it would take two wks to get there. I figure by then, we'll be dragging out the fall, atire..... :(

Gotta watch Super Nova..... Helter Skelter.....

Piece out / Rob

Arnie I get to take cold showers, but no beach for Rb... 19 days man., 19 days... wish me luck....

But yu do fine! ( & that's a good thing )

Love/ Rob

And if that was an obvious statement, please forgive me. Just remember Rb is a blind man, pissing into the wind..

Good luck! We had to get an A/C for the living room cuz the one we had in the den wasn't working so good. It dated back to the 50's or 60's lol. Good thing we have it with this heat wave here...

agnes: we must be birds of a feather.... There are times when no one understands me. Most of my friends have learned to read between the lines before they actually get what I'm saying....

It's all good!!!

Geez, I've been missing you all. Things will be settling down for me pretty soon. Got a new boss after 3 years of no boss!!! She's shakin things up, in a good way. I hope too much fur doesn't fly out the window...
Had some anxious times with some other things, but it's all worked out o.k.

Heard a young fella, Jackie Green, not to long ago. Really enjoyed his music.

Oh Agnes! There's a group around where I live called Mad Agnes. They're very funny.

Talk to you all soon!
Cheryl

Didn't get a chance to chat with them, but it's a possibility!

New boss is great, just what we need in a director. I actually left work smiling yesterday! And we're having a few disasters, I have to manage... no AC today and an electrical shut down tonight to replace some electrical things... I don't really understand the technical part, the foremen explained it all, and it makes sense when I hear it, but retention of that kind of thing is not good for me. I've tried to tell them it just doesn't stick in my brain, but they just tell me anyway. Maybe one day I'll understand it in a way that will stick...
