Way to go, Rob. But...wasn't that a little bit of the hard way around to get yourself off of probation? :D You keep getting better and I hope that all goes well with your vocal chords in time. It is good to see you around here and say hello to Sue.

Kev, Zap, Cheryl, ya'll. Sorry I didn't reply sooner. Sorta been stuck getting in here. Tx to the W!zard I'm back.

Aye I hope your all doing fantastic. Physical Therapy is going as planned. I've been known to sugar coat things tho, and I surely have my days. Gonna need a good re-hab, when I get out. And not of the physical kind. Fact I'm headed out the door in a few, to get there early.. Beat Jerry to the stereo... It's gonna be Neil Young Monday, Jerry just doesn't know it yet....

It's funny tho. Not HA HA funny... But when ya see about a 12 adults, allot of Seniors, that should have a #9 pain level, all walking round smiling, wanting to do exersices, you know the Drs. are making $$$

It's a good thing.

I'm quitting morphine tommorro, if I can talk my Dr. into putting me back on Oxy-Cotten..... Morphine makes me sleep too much.....

Fact is life goes on..... I watched a Steven King movie yesterday, and this kid wants to be a martyr, so he can be the hero.... And this Namn Vet talks him outta it, telling the kid, " You have a cruel God, and he often shows his cruelness, by making one live.... And I thought, " Hey that guys talkin bout me"!

Audious/Rb

A really cruel God would have made me watch the Grammies instead of spending Sunday at work. Mysterious ways, unanticipated blessings, ya know that God, the one standing on the street corner directing children into traffic and away from the local pedophile.

You are fortunate to not have the same side effects with Oxycontin Rob. Although a rather large dose, my wife was taking 3 - 80s twice a day which made her fairly loopy. Basically she was addicted to them; slept a lot. She finally had enough and weened herself off the stuff. She's moved over to Avinza which is a morphine-like pain med. I don't see the same effects as the oxy, but I'm not sure it works as well for her.

Wish you the best as you travel along this road.

Yeah, it's a winding road for sure. I just stumbled on some documentary channel surfing, and I was taken back at the side effects of the type of Morphine I'm taking. ( Fentynal ) Not something I wanna mess with. 100 x stronger than Morphine. It's measured in Micrograms. That shit can mess you up. LSD is the only other drug I've ever heard of, dosed out in micrograms.. but aye I'm not a pharmacist.... :|

So I talked with a Dr. friend. He suggested the drug 'Opana'. It's really new, made for long term usage. And it's dosed, so some day you can wean yourself off the stuff.

Hopefully someday, in the not too far of a distance, there will be a drug free Rob. I got a couple more surgery's to endure, so I don't see it happening anytime soon. But one can hope.

TX for posting//RB//
