What changes is such a short time. They ( City crews ) were working on the st. when I left on 8/21.... My driveway was all tore up, and they hadn't got to putting the new curbing in yet. I get home, and the sts. narrowed by 12 ft.... Giving me about 8 ft. of extra front yard.... ( wyld will know what I'm talking about. I finally have a front yard )lol...

And the city Black-topped my Driveway.... SWEET!!! It seems funny, they have planted grass seed, where all the new space is.... My sunflowers look like they are on steroids.... They were only about 5 ft tall when I left, ( I had just hammered them with bloom & boost plant food )... So now some of them are towering around 8 ft. tall with Mammoth heads... My other flowers have grown SO much... Unreal.... I've never had Zinnea's that were over 3 ft. tall..... ( bloom & boost--- you can find it at Lowes )....

ntm: I was never a morning person. I haven't slept in past 5 am in the last 3 wks.... I was up yesterday a.m. after Sue went into work for 6 a.m.... I was walking out front, checking out my sunflowers, and I noticed dozens of sleeping bumble bees.... The cold morning air, and the dew, had them in a semi frozen state.... And the cobwebs on the sunflowers, and my Hawthorn tree out front, all coverd with dew.... I wish I'd of had film for my camera... I forgot this am. But tommorro I hope the weather last est well, as I want to catch the sleeping bumble bees, and the spider webs full of dew, on my camcorder..... Around 9 am., the bees were waking up, and buzzing round the flowers, collecting pollen.... And the Spiders had all dried up, waiting for another nite, to catch an unsuspecting fly, or grasshopper....... Being in a hole, for 3 wks, I was certainly appreciating nature.... As I said, it's been litterally yrs. since I've been up that early, to see that kind of stuff......

I KEEP waking up at 5 am.... I have Coffee all ready, by the time Sues' arlarm goes of at 5:30.... I think maybe Sue is getting used to that one. My favorite show is Imus in the Morning ( news show)... Jerry Lee Lewis is a guest star next wk....& he's been playing Dylan all wk... I usually get up, when Sue leaves for work, turn on Iman, and end up falling back asleep till 9 or 10.... I never was a a.m. person, but I'm beginning to enjoy that part of the day..... Nice and quiet.....

Going for a walk, down by the River.... It's like I can hear it calling....Wierd how I have to remind myself, I'm free to go as I please.... So many mnths. of House Arrest, has me thinking, I have to ask permission... I'm sure that thought, will soon fade away......

It's going to seem funny, just going to the bank, and places I wasn't allowed to go to before. The ONLY places I've been in 6 mnts. is my Drs. , the pharmacy, Drug School, and probation...... Hopefully Sue and I will be spending Thanksgiving with Zoee and her parents... I miss my son... I have to remind myself, I'm a Grandfather. None of this seems real.... :?:

Anyone got a fine point soldering iron and a steady hand?? I ripped the power plug right out of the motherboard of my laptop :(
Heard today of a acquaintance who passed due to a overdose this week,...I figure if about 1/10 of the $$ used to house him behind bars for related offences was used for treating his addictions and mental health woes things wouldn,t have ended like this.:(
I just hope "Shaky Dave" has found his escape and reached his paradise
