There is tension in the backrooms of Arlo's campaign headquarters as rumors of "Larry's Levergate" persist and everyone is wondering will Larry break his silence

It was a rough night for are young would be politico. In the calm cool of the evening when all should have been at rest he struggled with his thought dreams. His desire to possess the desk of Olle North now controls his passions. Let's look into the weak feeble mind of the man who would be North........

I wonder why Arlo won't fulfill my destiny and give me that desk! He knows what a crafty little shit I am! He knows with a wink and a nudge I will care for his dirty laundry and break all the rules for him to accomplish (finger to the heavens) what needs to be done. Why won't he wink and nod so I know that damn desk is mine and we can get on with this election. WHO IS THE COMPETITION? I thought it was Larry but he is milking this cheese thing and I think he is looking for a ground floor position as the Karl Rove Grand Wazoo type. THat whole knowledge of the holes schtick he does...he seems to impress people. Then there is Arnie???? hmmm...Nah, he comes off more like a Bob Haldeman with his wacking threads in two and his "because I can" speal....ZAP?...or AGNES? or Leo? I heard somebody say Leo was going for White House Press Secretary...seems reasonable! I don't know?...I thought the crunchy almonds would get him and the Rockem Sockem Robots but all I get is silence.....I want that desk...I want that desk...I need that desk

And so, the tortured cries of man possessed continue through the night and leave us with a tired driven man in the cold grey light of dawn...I suggest you keep the children in the back and tie up the puppies because this cat could explode! Holy Cheese Batman!

I would like to throw my hat into the ring for the job of Secretary of Health, Edumacation, and Ice Cream. I'd like the desk behind Agnes' so I can have fun playing with the pencils and dunking her pigtails in the inkwell.

My first accomplishment will be to distribute free government ice cream to everyone in a "flavor of the week" operation and call back all that government cheese (are you listening, Larry?) that used to be given out. I would nationalize the Halliburton Corporation and turn all its resources over to Ben and Jerry, my "desert czars," who would be tasked with keeping the entire populace on a perpetual sugar high.

Diabetics would be tasked with running the nation's "heavy machinery" as they would not be allowed any sugar (although there will be diabetic ice cream for them).

mikey

IMAGINE’…….The sound of pencil scratching on paper…a bit of a laugh….more scratching…laugh, a laugh a bit more laughing a bit more manic laughing…a bit cR@z!{rrrrrrrr....

This will get Arlo’s attention I am sure of it. Hey Arlo I have been working on your campaign man. OK, picture this…It is a beautiful day and the camera comes in above but following oil slick highway through some hill country somewhere and it pans in on a truck driving along at a pretty nice clip. There is a bumper sticker, simple…says “Build Something for Humanity” and in the back is building materials. The camera moves into the cabin and you are driving the truck and maybe Jimmy Carter is sitting next to you. You say something like, “Jimmy I like this song here” and he looks at you and smiles that big Jimmy grin and cranks it up so the “viewer” can here that song…..it is like the sound of saws and hammer’s and stuff and then your voice can be heard “Bling Blang Hammer with my Hammer…Zingo Zango a cutting with my saw”. The camera suddenly zooms in on your eyes as your expression goes from digging on a fine day to danger ahead. Up ahead on the upcoming on ramp there are two cars. The car in front is a big old Cadillac Hog style car with one of those fish emblems on the back and a bumper sticker that says “Stuck in the Past (and proud of it!)”. The driver is a preacher man who is paying more attention to talking on the cell phone than his driving. Behind him is an expensive sporty type car with a bumper sticker that says “Oil, its worth a few sons and daughters” and another that says “Don’t Worry, There is plenty to burn!” The preacher is driving recklessly as he is talking without paying attention! You zoom in on the sporty driver who looks a lot like GW the Bushman and he is impatient and wanting to go around this preacher man. Well…Well the Bushman jams the pedal to the metal and tries to pass the preacher man as the preacher man pulls off the on ramp onto the highway and there is a huge collision with tires rolling off in different directions. You and Jimmy pull over to help and of course it is like one of them cartoon collisions and the preacher man and the Bushman are there all disheveled…the preacher man with the phone in his mouth and the Bushman holding a steering wheel with no car attached and they are all covered in grungy oil and dirt and stuff…. So you and Jimmy get out of the Truck and look at them and you say…”You guy’s alright” and they look down like and mumble “ya we are OK” and you say…”maybe you guy’s should learn to think before you act next time!” ….Then that TV announcer guy with the Godlike voice comes in and says…. Who Do You Want Driving this Country….and there is a big close up of Arlo while he says it…..

All I need is a budget man ….. I can make this happen! Need some crunchy almonds with the cocoa…..You and me….same team…

Ok, after a cheese reading, I discovered that Pat Paulson will come back from the dead and get the democratic nomination.
