Louise, congratulations! Your mom and dad must be very happy, relieved, proud...

I think there's something very special about being a student at our age... I think we take more pleasure in learning

Again, congrats...

Yule blessings! I wish all of you a wonderful Solstice... the long nights will become shorter, and the world will be filled with light once more. <img src="http://www.arlo.net/ubb/smilies/peace.gif" width=16 height=16>

(that goes for aussies as well, even though you are celebrating the 'other' solstice!)

It's Christmas morning on your side of the world but only 15 mins of Christmas day left here! We just drove home through a tropical storm from having Christmas dinner with our
family in the city (takes an hour on the freeway) It's been hot and humid here today and the storm has cooled things down alot so it will be good sleeping weather tonight.
We're all turkeyed out. Aussie tradition is to have Christmas lunch, usually out on the patio or at the beach, but being an AmerAussie family we still always have ours at night and an American type turkey dinner as opposed to the Aussie thing of having seafood, chook (chicken)(it's alright mine are sound asleep) and maybe some turkey. Well by the time I brush my teeth it will be the 26th. So, to The Folkslinger, his family and all my BlunderBuddies and Moose friends, Good Morning and Good Night, I hope you all enjoy your day with family and friends take care on the road.
