P.S. I quit smoking last Wednesday (night) ... and I haven't killed anyone YET. (Probably a good thing my husband was out of town for a few days.) And, in case you haven't read about it elsewhere, it's FRIGGIN' COLD. Grrrrr (and Brrrrrr).

Arnie's recipe for latkes ain't the same unless Arnie makes it hisself by the way. He flavors his batches with his own knuckle skin when he hand grates those Yukon Gold taters!

slipped away for a chanukah in florida which couldn't be beat! Made lotsa latkas and applesauce, and we feasted like kings (from Queens...)
Nice to enjoy the florida sunshine, and it sucked to have to leave... but such is life, and just think, Spring is just 11 weeks away!
