I found about about Arlo's hernia from someone in his office I think when I called to find out about his gigs & where he was coming. No internet then. I think he later wrote about it in an RBR...

Thanks all! I'm in for a few hours today to try to catch up on what's going on. Really much better--tummy looks funny what with the staples stick up and all. BTW, not only did I have an "innie", I had an innie with a long stalk (I guess for the flower that is me). Apparently this can sometimes cause problems (such as hernia's in the area).

Gotta run ... work is calling. Again, thanks for being here. It helps!
