that was my initial thought cea! LOL!

now I gotta wonder, was the initial batch of b-vibes so powerful that they made ol' sterling spring a leak??? wow! we gotta be more careful when focusing all that bewildering power at someone in a frail and compromised position... next time maybe channel it thru someone first, so they take the initial hit? just an idle thought...

Hi, it's me, Shirley, daughter of the famous Sterling L. Hornsby. Thank you all (or as we say in the south, y'all) for all the good wishes and positive vibes. Thanks to my buds Sherry & Judy for getting the word out, and for letting me lean on them - Blunderites are always there when you need 'em! Dad went through some pretty rough seas, but he weathered the storm and is now sailing in more tranquil waters. How's that for Navy allusions? Seriously, I am so thankful for you all. He's got a long way to go, so keep up the good thoughts, but I think it's gonna be okay. Hey Kitty, I got your message at Sarah & Johnny's show, and your friend gave me the hug you sent. You guys are the best!

Hi, it's me, Shirley again. Dad's taken a turn for the worst, has pneumonia, but he's continuing to fight the good fight. Did we mention he's 82? Keep those prayers, good vibes, etc. winging to the Methodist Hospital in Dallas, y'all!
