Thanks John and Regina. I told him what Larry said and he agreed it's a great motivator. I'll post some details when I can, but right now he's just very, very sick. He'll recover. It's gonna take some time, though.
Oh, and agnes, I gave him your message and he remembered the whole thing and thanks you for thinking of him.

Can't post a lot. Too much going on. The gall bladder stays..for now. That and the pancreas and liver are doing better, and they might be sending him home in a couple of days but after a week, he's got to go back to have a kidney removed. Not directly related to all the other stuff, but they found it and that's good, but we've had better weeks.

Tell Bob we'll be keeping him (and you!) in our prayers. Sorry I hadn't said anything earlier.....this is the first time I've checked the boards in months. Anyway, I hope all goes well, and that Bob is feeling better soon!

Thanks again to everyone. I'll show him the thread when he's able to be at the computer. The way it looks, he'll come home tomorrow, or maybe the next day if they don't like his BP. Then he'll go back in in a couple of weeks for the kidney.

I'm sorry he's having such a rough time; hope the BP comes down (or goes up, whatever the case may be) and that he's home soon.

Well, he's home and happy to be here. Tired, but he's glad to be alive and wants me to let everyone know how much he appreciates the messages of concern. He's not quite up to being on the computer yet, but this is definitely the best day we've had in the last week. He'll be home somewhere around three weeks before going back in according to the doctor.

I bet he's glad to be home, at least for awhile. Blundervibes continue to be sent his way.

sorry that I missed the start of this post, and that Bob wasn't doing well, but I'm glad that things are getting better.
Let me know if there's anything I can do, besides the blundervibes, of course...
