I hate ironing so I justg put the clothes in the dryer to get rid of the wrinkles. I only iron if I really have to...

I don't iron. Like Judy I am on a low starch diet. Since it seams that Nancy's thread is coming apart...can Larry sew it back together?

Yeah i too intensely dislike ironing, along with all domestic cleaning type chores. When it's my turn to vacume i just put on "Son of The Wind" really loud, (i live in the middle of 6 acres and try not to disturb the neighbours, tho if they could see me they might think i"m disturbed!)and vacudance to "Buffalo Gals". By the time i get to "Woody"s Rag/Hard Work" i don't feel so bad after listening to all he had to do!!
So glad prayers have been answered which brings us back to this thread! Louise

Well, I talked to my sister last night, and she'd been ironing again! She said it's actually good physical therapy for her. I wonder if her doctor prescribed it. The only thing she can't do yet is set up and take down the ironing board.

Just got off the phone with my sister. She saw her oncologist today. Although she will have to take tamoxifen for 5 years, like I did, she doesn't need chemo or radiation. Yippee!!!!!!! <img src="http://www.arlo.net/ubb/smilies/smile.gif" width=15 height=15>

Nancy continues to do great! Yesterday it was four weeks since her surgery. She is flying to Austin today to help my niece, who has been doing a summer internship down there, drive back to the midwest for her last semester of college.

Super-duper! Blundervibes for comfortable travel for her. I hope she'll call if she needs anything. After all, it can be scary, driving as close to Crawford as she will be doing; if nothing else, we could always call for the Blundercopter to escort her through that area. But seriously, I'm really glad she's doing so well!!!!
