~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Is that enough waves to go around to everyone? Whew! Sure hope so. My hand's tired ...
Boy, is it c-c-c-c-c-cold!!!! (Sure wish Rick was still around, to be cryptic once again. Yup, that was me, too. I'm real enough, but between the exact same rock and hard place he was.)
To clear things up a little further, since I was sooo cryptic the last time... (Stew knew what I meant, though. Right Stew?) I was in apt. 7 for two years (where a blond Susan now lives) until I moved into apt. 1(where a Julie and David lived until two and a half years ago.) I was also in this same building (the street number is 0002) briefly -- and in the exact same apartments -- about 15 or so years ago, but lived in town otherwise. The bar owner, (another) David, didn't realize that I'd moved away or back. Most people here don't really see me, I don't think, as I explained before.
Nichole, Martha, and Muffy are the same person, namely moi -- it being a case of having a professional name, a given one, and a nickname. I commuted to West Chester when I went back to school last time, but word was spread that I'd left for good. Wishful thinking on someone's part, no doubt. "Magic's" girlfriend is also named Nicole BTW, but she's not me.
I was indeed a blond for a couple of years in the late nineties, having decided as a teen to go platinum once I started going grey, just to see what it might be like. Now I'm kinda coppery brown ... again. (My mother made me promise I would lose the blondness while on her deathbed.) And I'm waaay older than my Group W picture. By about 20 years, in fact.
Of course it's confusing, and I'm still long winded.
("What did you expect?" she quizzled blunderingly ... ) But this year I really, really do promise to (a)read -- and remember -- what the Anti-Donut Mugwump Party was about before opening my big mouth about it again, and (b)to post this long stuff elsewhere, where it belongs.
Later, y'all. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
With so many members absent I can only conclude that one of the following occurred.
a. Larry passed gas and everyone is waiting for the smell to go down.
b. everyone caught the last train to the coast
c. snow has drifted around everyone's computer and they can't find their shovels
d. the ignore button does something
e. The brain cell is dead
f. all of the above
If some poor lost starnger happens upon this site in the future, please, pause for a moment and reflect upon the wisdom that has been posted here as humor and the humor which passed as wisdom and then there was Rbrown but that's another story.
Nathen, I would ask you not to share in public the fact that I have gas. If this information were to fall into the wrong hands, I fear that Bush and Cheney will bomb me to get their hands on my gas. Thank you.
Larry I promise you, I will not serve as a weapons inspector to insure that you have not stored dangerous gases, but I might be able to get Richard Simmons if you are interested........I mean proving a negative is easy.
I'm not quite ready for his version of MARRAKESSH EXPRESS yet LOL! I'm here trying to pull up a document that won't come up on my puter. It's gibberish on my puter but here on the library one LOL!
Now how weird is this?!!? I was reading a David Crosby interview in a respected national publication (that is available at supermarket checkout lanes everywhere....so you know it's true) just last week, that some guy(race unknown)with a seeing eye dog walked up to David Crosby late last year and asked " Hey man, aren't you Mike Harrell"?. David said that he didn't think so, that he was in fact David, but he did tell the guy that for a week back in the early 70's that he actually thought that he was Mike Harrell.
The guy with the dog just said "Funny, you look just like him" and walked away.
