I hope this is an appropriate topic. It seems like something Arlo fans might be interested in. If it's not, my apologies.

Back on June 6, 2011, the Unitarian Universalist Church of Brunswick, Maine, caught fire and was damaged so badly it had to be torn down. We've been raising money so we can rebuild. One way we raise money is an annual auction. And this year one of the auction items is a very special guitar....

Luthier Carter Ruff http://www.submusicworks.com is donating one of his handmade guitars to the Unitarian Universalist Church of Brunswick's annual fundraising auction. Carter makes beautiful guitars, but this one is really special, one of a kind.

Minimum bid is $2,000, and there is a reserve. You can bid online starting October 22 at

You can also bid at the live auction on November 3. The live auction will be 5:30pm - 10pm at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 2 Columbus Drive, Brunswick, Maine.
