Seriously, though, that wasn't meant to be taken seriously! (What the heck did I just say?) It the immortal words of Foghorn Leghorn, "It was a joke, I say, I say, a joke, son!" A little levity about a sucky situation is sometimes a good thing. Like Arlo said in "The Pause of Mr. Clause", no matter how bad off you are, there's always gonna be somebody that's worse off than you. And it might make you feel a little bit better. Like a friend of mine once said, "Elvis couldn't leave his house without getting mobbed and he died on the shitter! Maybe my life isn't so bad!"

I knew it was supposed to be funny. Dealing with the mentality of Jail inmates, is hard to put into words.

I consider myfelf fortunate. I was facing 5 yrs. So I caught a break. ntm: 5 mnts of house arrest, sorta stole my sence of humor. (ntm: my sanity )
