It doesn't have to be Friday. I just went in because that's when we used to do it. I set it to beep when somebody showed up and started doing other stuff. Next thing I knew, it beeped and Gerry was there.

Hello Folk fans! I haven't popped in on Arlonet for some time (well...yes, even longer than that I suppose) but what has happened to the Blunderchat? I used to find it very easy to access and met some wonderful people! Is there no longer any chat on Arolnet? That would be sad if true!! ~Gloria

My kid set up a place for us. If you click on this link: http://chat.networklight.net/
it will take you to a place called Blunderchat2. You have to have the latest version of java for it to work. It doesn't get used very much and that's a shame. He is willing to support it, and has it on a really fast server. It is real time chat, so you don't have to wait for the page to reload to see the new posts. He wishes we would use it.

Is there a night (or nights) when people are there? Everytime I check nobody's home (like now). I know Fridays were the norm on the old (now defunct) Blunderchat. I've been out on a few Fridays, so haven't had a chance to pop in. It's a shame, Goofus. Folks were whining <img src="http://www.arlo.net/ubb/smilies/bawling.gif" width=21 height=16> that there wasn't a chatroom anymore & now that your son's been kind enough to set one up, nobody seems to be usin' it!

I second that emotion!

We talked about everything from silliness to seriousness. It was great catching up with you, Zap, and with Gus and Gerry and Kurt, too!
