I know that this is a very long shot, but I am hoping that you can help me. Alan is a BIG Frank Zapper fan, he has everything ever released except two of four rare new releases, it's driving him mad trying to find them, he has tried every where in the UK, but being American releases you don't just come across them. And as he has done so much for me over this past month I thought I would join in on his serch.

They are:-

Civilization Phaze 3 (2CD set)
and
Everything Is Healing Nicely

They are both on UMRK (Utility Reaserch Muffin Kitchen)

If you know of somewhere that has them for sale could you please Email me the address and phone number of the shop or leave it on this board so that I can order them for him, I would be very greatful and I'm sure Alan would just love you to bits.

Thanks,
ME.

I remember I used to have a 45 single of him that I bummed off my cousin. I dunno what happened to it but it was called WPLJ. It used to skip in this one part tho LOL! He was popular when I was in high school. Kids would bring records of him to school to play inbetween classes. One day a bunch of us were sitting around at school listening to this song of Zappas called "Bobby Brown" which was about this gay guy. My dad comes in to pick me up & heard it & heard some off colored stuff in it & said ya'll kids shouldn't be listening to that cuz it's dirty. & We all said but it's Frank Zappa. LOL! I haven't heard that song in yrs... Good luck!

We are trying to find some other records we are looking for one of which is "Playing To An Audience Of One" by David Soul of the 70's cop show Starsky & Hutch. We're looking for all of his records except the first one called David Soul...

Thanks for that Levi, we did try and bid only it whent over $30.00 and after going through a link of a link we found a site that sold both of them for less than that, so we didn't bother biding anymore.

Thanks again

You're welcome, Beverley.
Sorry about the competition from other bidders (that's eBay) but glad you found a better deal.
