Wyldflower, missed the original "too much said" thread, but just saw your reference to in Arlo's thread (somewhere) that you'd hopefully be speaking with your friend. Thought I'd let you know that I'm sending blundervibes to you and your friend. Hoping she recognizes the friend she has in you and gets out of whatever bad situation she's in.

I spoke once with my friend, and let her know that I love her and want to at least have the opening for future talk. At this point the ball is in her court, so to speak. She will call me if and when she feels right about it. The opening is there, and it would be wrong of me to press the issue.

If the situation changes, I will let you know, but at this point - a week and a half after our five-minute conversation - I am working on letting go.
