Some friendly advice, aazrane...and that is that Ceashel's friendly advice was right on the money.

You like to write poems. I like to write lyrics for familiar songs. I collect all my lyrics in one thread, coz I realize this is Arlonet, not Joenet. It's not aazranenet, either.

Maybe I shouldn't be here giving advice. Others here have a lot more posts & have been here a lot longer. But I've been in more trouble around here than all of 'em. Trust me.

Thanks, man. And now I did realize my mistake. I just had not noticed, that I can post another poem in the thread I already posted previous one (the option "post here". You know, I have big trouble spotting buttons in certain circumstance "e.g. the replies notification, as you probably have noticed). This is my fault, I realize that, and I apologize. Perhaps there are also other apologies to make. But I don't know, perhaps not.

cliffite, you probably will not believe me, but I really appreciate you not being kind, I mean - you put what you think in the fitting words. You don't feel friendly towards me, so you don't pretend that you do. Then, as putting it this way - I think that just your irony was needless either.

Bukowski once wrote something like this: "I always give love to beautiful people, and I always show repulsion to repulsive people. I only give everyone what he or she wants". It is quite a good way, I think. But I will precise it even more: it does not mean I find anyone of you repulsive - or beautiful. It just means, that I wander the world and I meet beautiful and repulsive things there. When I see them, they make me fell love or repulsion. So I tell you of what I feel, in hope you understand that you pleased me or hurt me. I mean no slightest offence to anyone. I never mean any offence. I don't mean offence, because I am not stupid. Okay. After reading a bit of this I have to say a few things.

Firstly, Aazrane, of all of the sites I've posted or visited on the web, the people who frequent here are about the nicest, most fair minded, even-handed, sweetest, most open-minded, helpful, caring and honest folks who I've ever come across. Heck, that even includes the few Republicans who post here!

Whether you blowin' yer top is due to a language, cultural, or social breakdown, I don't know. I'd like give the benefit of the doubt and hope that it's just a terrible misinterpretation. But I have a nasty suspicion that it just may have a lot more to do with ego than any of the aforementioned.

Secondly, why don't you get your own website for all of your poetry and post a web address here to direct the people who want to read it to it rather than forcing it down everyone's throat and throwin' a conniption fit when they say, "Thank you, but I've had enough for now!"?

Well, I figured there might be one or two hidin' in the closet. Not to mention some undercover FBI guys or such lurkin' about, seein' how it's easier to hide your "bastardliness" on the internet than in the real world.
