SOLO REUNION TOUR COMES TO AN END
It's OVER! The ARLO GUTHRIE SOLO REUNION TOUR - TOGETHER AT LAST (with the original band) has come to an end after a year long trek that literally took me around the world. It ended at the Seymour Centre in Sydney, Australia (where "Live in Sydney" was recorded almost four years ago to the day).

I walked out into the Sydney night through a backstage tunnel, and looked up with thanks and gratitude for all the people I'd met and the places I'd been during the last year. In all likelihood, there won't be another tour like that. I made a lot of new friends, and got to visit some old ones. Lots of younger people showed up at all the gigs - Haven't seen that in a while! Thanks to all who made this last year possible! Onward!
CLOSING IN ON THE END OF THE TOUR
With only a few gigs left on the other side of the world, I'm beginning to see the light at the end of the year-long SOLO TOUR tunnel. It's been great down here with good friends and adventures. Not really looking forward to the trek home so much as arriving there. Talk about long flights, this is gonna be a seriously challenging series of seemingly never-ending planes and terminals.

On the other hand, it ain't like the old days when it took months to sail around, so I'm not complaining too much
In addition I find some of the signs down under somewhat misleading...
