Treeway is changing its business model from a free service to a pay one, according to information they've sent us. We've e-mailed them several times, to find out what will happen to existing sites and to date have not received a reply. We won't remove the login page, because people do have sites there and they're still up, but that page is hosted on their servers and we haven't been able to login to our account there to make changes in the wording. From the information we currently have, we can't recommend signing up for a site there if, in fact, you still can register at all.

We haven't looked into other co-branded sites, because many free services on the web are changing their terms, going to subscription services and making other alterations in the services that they've offered for free. For the time being, if you're looking for a free place to put a home page it's probably safest to go with the biggest: Homestead , Yahoo-Geocities,and NBCI (formerly Xoom) are three of the biggest, but there are others. Of course, we'd be happy to link to your site, wherever you host it.
