Deb has the set list. Where is she? It was a great show, a great time as always. It was great seeing (most of) Xavier, with Krishna on congas and Moe on harmonica. Very cool!
Wish we could have stayed for the walk, but I'm sure the younger Mr. Goodman did us proud.
Anyway, great to see all of you who were there and looking forward to next time.

Thanks for the update! Can't wait to read Debs setlist! Image Been wondering all weekend how things went. I found Sat in a used record store a lobby card of Arlo from the ALICES movie so I did something Arlo myself since I couldn't be there!

Nice set list! Sometimes you can't tell what color socks he's wearing. Sometimes I think he doesn't even know! LOL! So I'll assume either red or white. Image What sort of outfit did he wear? Hopefully someone took some pics & will send to Dave for the Gallery! Image

Someone else in Deb's message is Bruce Clapper-- fact fans!

I was wearing sandals, and Lisa's socks had Snoopy on them, as I recall... (Should we start a separate Show Report and Sock List topic?)

thanks, laura for getting the facts straight. Image

on the socks report...maybe we should. actually, maybe a pre-report. i mean if mark had known lisa was wearing snoopy socks, he would have wanted to see them. he likes snoopy.

Forget Arlo's socks-- Lisa has the best ones. They usually have pictures on them. Sometimes they have toes.

Just for the record, my socks were not really white, I bleached my feet and ankles.

no one asked about my socks. should i be offended? I don't remember which ones they were anyway, so you'll never know. try to live with it.

Interesting sock reports. No red socks so we'll assume ya'll aren't Guthrie's. Image

Well, the tape of the concert came out ok, not spectacular, and definantly with flaws... but it's listenable. I'll possibly be posting it to Pirate Radio in the near future.

However, the highlight (to me) of the recording is the way it ends. Arlo plays "Prologue", audience applauds, applause fades, hear chairs moving... and then Larry with the comment - "Well, I don't smell anything burning, that's a good thing", end of tape. Laughed my ass off at that... very nice ending to the tape.

Did Larry also say, "I've got blisters on my fingers!"?

I always wanted to record something with a Guthrie!Image There was the smell of something burning after the power outage as you may recall, and I got the nose of a trained volunteer firefighter!
