It's late, I'm very tired and don't feel like typing all of this out right now but I can explain more later this week if need be. In the mean time, what has happened to the Bundy family, the Hammond family in Oregon and other ranchers in western states has been written about quite a bit on mainstream media sites, lately, and all of that states they were all in the wrong and the feds were right, BLM is a nice organization, etc, etc, etc.

I've been following this very closely all along. I now have my own copy of the Constitution so I can read and re-read all of it.

I knew about the Bundy standoff when it was happening but didn't pay close attention to it until the Hammonds started going through a similar situation. And I know what happened, there, as well. The feds call the land around the Hammond's ranch, Malheur National Wildlife Refuge. Yea. Well, first, just listen to this attorney whom I have a huge respect for. She explains what is really going on out there.

"Malheur" = Bad times! That's what we're going through right now in this country, for sure.

After reading the other tread that was posted in here, it sounds like the Oregon ranchers and the Nevada ranchers are being compared to Timothy McVeigh and it sounds like people think they are much alike. I may be reading that way wrong and I hope I am. I REALLY hope I am misreading it.

You know, about half the links on that page don't even work and this is exactly what the government wants us to believe. It's all BS. I read it. Did anyone listen to KrisAnn Hall, the constitutional attorney's video I posted?

Do you believe the federal government has the right to own the property in those states out west or the laws in the constitution that state no moe than 10 square miles and for forts and ports?

the lady in the video you posted references this in part, but here it is in its entirety

from the constitution
article 4 section 3 clause 2

"The Congress shall have Power to dispose of and make all needful Rules and Regulations respecting the Territory or other Property belonging to the United States; and nothing in this Constitution shall be so construed as to Prejudice any Claims of the United States, or of any particular State."

i understand this to mean that the government would be the caretakers of those lands and waterways on behalf of all the citizens of the united states.

The key word there, is Territory. A Territory is not a State. The Federal Government can own and direct in a Territory and once it becomes a State, it cannot, except for forts, ports, holding areas for munitions and so on.

What this all boils down to is what the government, namely the BLM, is doing to the land. This will be the future of Malheur because the agencies want the gold and uranium at all costs to the people and that was the same reason they started in with the Bundy family.
