Thanks for the info hon! :) Does this mean that if a venues not in blue the tix aren't on sale yet? I wonder when the Patriot Center (Fairfax, VA) tix will go on sale?

If it's incorrect that venues in blue means that tickets are available, does it mean that there is a link to the venue to find more information?

I think you are right, Wyld. If the venue is in blue (if I haven't clicked on it or red if I have) a window opens up for the venue and from there I can find out more.

kurt...

Arlo is performing at the Center for Performing Arts at George Mason University on April 2 (not the Patriot Center). The tickets have been on sale for sometime now.

That would be The Patriot Center on the Fairfax Campus of George Mason University, no?

The 2 venues (see below) are close to each other on the GMU campus in Fairfax:

I think that the venue being "blue" simply means that it's a link to the venue's website and has nothing to do with whether or not tickets are available yet. Tix for both PA shows in April have been selling for awhile now (I know... I already have mine :) )

The April 2 venue on the schedule needs to be changed from Patriot Center to Center for Performing Arts at GMU.

Generally black text means no known available link to the venue, blue means there is a link. Select the blue text to see more info on the gig. Red means you have used the link (if you empty your cache or delete your browsing history a red link with return to blue).

Hope that helps,

adg

I've been to both venues in years past. I prefer Center for Performing Arts where I saw Branford Marsalis a while back, but I enjoyed seeing James Taylor at the Patriot Center, also a while back, as well as seeing The Cure there with my daughter (great show) and an Action Hero show (whatever was popular back then) when she was small.

The confusion of the 2 venues (which use different ticketing services) was brought to my attention when Cheryl mentioned that tickets for Arlo's show at the Patriot Center had not gone on sale yet. I wanted Cheryl and others to know that tickets are on sale at the Center for Performing Arts site.

When James Taylor sang Rockabye Sweet Baby James at the Patriot Center and got to the part about...from Stockbridge to Boston...the place went crazy. So I was sort of hoping that Arlo's show would be there but I am happy that it is at the other place.
