that is the thing that i was talking about that i didn't know about before...until yesterday! (first and foremost i blame psb, then ron comes in (being ron of course) and says something that brings about a response from cliff...so i am like, "what pointless forest? is there something i don't know about?"
sure enough...
of course after finding and getting to read the story, i did remember about the song "me and my arrow"...that, i have heard...(i believe it was also used in a car commercial)

so,,,is it all for naught?? (without a point? pointless? pointy?) (??)
i think not!...humph!! she said, folding her arms briskly in front of her as if it would make any difference

ps...all of his talk about the point had me dreaming last night of bees as big at kttens!?

So, agnes, you have come to the point of realizing that if everything has a point then you must have one too. As the Rockman said, "You don't have to possess a point to have a point."

Bit of trivia: Dustin Hoffman narrated the tv special while Ringo Starr narrated the video tape version. (and they did so concurrently, so there!) (Well, that last bit isn't true, but it sounded right at the time)

It's becoming clear that the less sense stuff makes, the more meaning it has. :?

I just want to say, I am not to blame..blame it on Cain, don't blame it on me, it's nobodies fault, we all just need somebody to burn (he said perspiring!)..Oblio a obilio a obilio a obilio (sang like Willis Alan while playing an empty coke bottle, the real thing made with thick cheap glass...16 oz's...just like in the 60's)

You know I heard from my daughter not long ago (a rare occasion any more now she is almost 21..wow..she is almost 21) and she was going on and on about finally getting to see the Amazing Bobby D....He was with Elvis Costello...She was talking about all the old songs and she was really impressed with the latest lyric's to Tangled Up in Blue....Kid's...who can figure?

It looks like a place from a long time ago called the land of Point. That's because everything in it had one - all the houses, carts and even the people. Everyone in the Land of Point had a point on the top of their head. Everyone that is with the exception of Oblio. You see, even though Oblio was born to a set of normally pointed parents and even though he was born physically perfect in every other respect - he didn't have a point. He was round headed which made living in the Land of Point difficult for him and his parents. You see, Oblio became sort of an involuntary celebrity. It wasn't easy being the only pointless person in the whole Land of Point. To make life easier his mother knitted a pointed cap for him to wear. It was to conceal his pointless condition, but it didn't do much good cause everyone knew he didn't have a point. So it only managed to make Oblio's life a little lonelier. In fact, the only real friend he had was his dog, Arrow...
