While there's nothing so musical (or funny) about menopause itself, someone decided to write a musical about menopause and it's hysterical! I highly recommend it to anyone who knows anyone going through it, or maybe you yourself are going through it. Men, you should see it with your significant-other... it's the funniest thing I've seen in a long time.

While at the show, my sister and I noticed a lot of women (and a man) wearing gaudy red hats. At first I thought these people were fad-followers like the Rocky Horror fans who dress the roles. Turns out there's a Red Hat Society of women (and men) who've turned 50 and it's a fun group to meet others and participate in group events (at a group discount, of course).
