Lou was great! The seats were good (Katie had to kinda look around a post, but we were in the eighth or nint row). He had a cellist named Jane Scarpantoni. She was amazing! He also had a Tai Chi guy that came out and did his moves during some of the songs...sounds weird, but it worked.

Lou did an amazing rendition of The Raven. He took a little poetic license, but I don't believe a recitation by Poe could have been any better.

He did some of his new stuff, and a wonderful mix of old stuff all the way back to The Velvet Underground. The only percussion was when his bass player played some kind of electronic drum machine on two or three songs.

It was a great show!

Sounds like you had a good time at the Lou concert. Wish I knew the answers to the math question. Math was my worst subject LOL!

If there is to be true balance in the universe, and the yin and yang are to exist in harmony, then it should take just as many maybes to make a yes as it does to make a no. Unless perhaps you happen to be George W. Bush, in which case all your maybes add up to lies.

Since we're in a philosophical mood this morning, I would submit that there are NO yeses and NO nos in the universe. Quantum theory suggests that everything is MAYBE.

Einstein said that God would not play dice with the universe, but it seems that the man upstairs did have a gambling problem.

How could there be no nos? <img src="http://www.arlo.net/ubb/smilies/confused.gif" width=15 height=22> If there were no nos, that means there would still have to be at least one.

Now Cheryl, don't duck the question with a Bush-like response like that! We rely on you for guidance!!!!!

You know of course if you ask George W. Bush a yes or no question, he may not ask you to repeat the question but he will ask you to repeat the choice of answers. Which of course could mean if he asks for a maybe everytime that it's a definate.
