I think the editor is so busy trying to decide how to write something positive about our President that he now has little time for his interns and that my friend is why there can be no paper today.

I think our Editor caught the intern but forgot why he was after her to begin with.

Still no paper this week.

Dear Mr. Editor, Sir:

I am REALLY not trying to take over your job, but I could not let this quote pass without sharing:

From an AP article about the Democratic Congressmen who visited Iraq and came home to some big criticism, Representative David Bonior of Michigan said,
"War destroys lives in such a profound way."

Does this qualify hiim as a finalist in the "DUH!!" awards? <img src="http://www.arlo.net/ubb/smilies/confused.gif" width=15 height=22>

It's gettin' scarier and scarier. He deserves not only the 'DUH' award, but a great big STUPID sign, a "no shit, Sherlock" poster, and an honorary master of the obvious degree.

I'm embarrassed for Michigan.

Is this regarding Larry? I thought he was from New Jersey...

Jessee Ventura, I thought he was doing a good job.

George Bush? Hell he would be an embrassment for humanity.

***** NEWS FLASH! *****

This just in: Scientists, operating under top secret orders from the Bush Homeland Security office, are conducting mind control experiments on humans.
They are assigning selected individuals to imagine a world with no hypothetical situations!

Figments at 11!

They do it using the "bad" kind of selective obliviosity. It's sorta like that "good witch, bad witch" thing in The Wizard of Oz.
