It's nice to know that I'm not the only one that suffers from these ailments, and more. I also suffer from CRS, which isn't the same thing, but a disease that multiplies the effects of AAA...what was the rest of that again?

Most of my friends and coworkers call me Z-man, but my best friend (other than my wife) recognizes this trait, and has another name for me: Random Man.

I know a lot of you recognize CRS as Can't Remember Shit (or Stuff). My gosh, if you factor in celery time with all this...Yikes! <img src="http://www.arlo.net/ubb/smilies/eek.gif" width=15 height=15>

ethnologically speaking, I think my studies of Bumper might prove useful here, I think either he a. made up the word, or b. he has used a word to discribe the study of methods used by a group of people, or c. I have no idea what I am talking about.

Z-man, good to see you, hope that someday you will remember the way back.

Ethnomethodology is a fairly recent sociological perspective, founded by the American sociologist Harold Garfinkel in the early 1960s. The main ideas behind it are set out in his book "Studies in Ethnomethodology" (1967). Ethnomethodology simply means the study of the ways in which people make sense of their social world.

Bingo, BuffGal, that very book has an honored place on my bookshelf, right next to my "Writings & Drawings of B Dylan" my Zen collection, and MINI Book of Motoring.
To me, only Garfinkel & Ethnomethodology, give us a flashlight to look under the hood at the mechanics of social interaction and how we create social realities.
I like what we Blunderites create, here, and that the Hood ornament is a Guthrie guitar....
Nathen, studying meeeee...? wowie, pretty scary....<img src="http://www.arlo.net/ubb/smilies/lookout.gif" width=15 height=15>
