(Wyld... using Wayne's 'puter again!)

Well tonight is our last night in Europe... we leave Sweden to fly to Copenhagen/London/Montreal tomorrow. It's been absolutely phenomenal!

At the conference dinner banquet, we were served a delicious salmon mousse for our appetizer... marvelous!

Then our main course was served... an unfamiliar red meat... very fine textured, tender and delicious. THEN they told us it was MOOSE! Uh-oh.... I think I may have committed the ultimate sin! That's one moose that won't be peeking in windows any more!

We're looking forward to getting back home so we can read the boards more thoroughly and TRY to figure out what's going on... IF there is still a board to post on, we'll write on Friday when we get home.

I'm sure there'll be a board. Don't try to figure it out, especially under the influence of jet lag. That could be very dangerous to your mental well-being. At least decompress first. Regarding the moose..I'm sure that intent counts and there was no intent. Also, it could have been much worse. I've heard some interesting stories from people who've visited China, for instance.

I looked... all over Sweden and Denmark... but I couldn't find those marzipan fruits you mentioned... I know they exist... I've seen them before!

Best I could do was chocolate-coated marzipan...
