I thought I'd post a photo of me mooning y'all, but decided against it. Anyway, awhile back I bought an adapter that allows me to use my old Canon FD lenses on my new digital Canon Rebel. I have a 400mm telephoto that has been sitting unused ever since I got the Rebel. So last night I took it out, put on the adapter, put on a 2X conversion adapter, then the 400mm lens. Here is the result:

For those interested, it would be 800mm, f11, 1/250 second, handheld.

I think you should cut down on the old moonshine there agnes, they look fairly straight to me.
