Well as it seems to be going around I thought I would start a thread just for those in need of a tissue or vibes rather than hijacking other threads.

It kind of gives a whole new meaning to the term computer virus but I am looking over the pond at you all, sneezing and coughing while typing... I now have been sat all day finishing assignments with kleenex stuffed up my nostril, and can now feel my throat going. Not complaing as such, I have had worse, it's just that it's hard to read and type when all you can see is a tissue.

I'm all for sharing but some things are best kept to your selves.

My wife who is a kindergarten teacher has the same thing as do both of her aides ,she is averaging 8 kids out of a class of 34 a day out sick .May you all feel better.

I know how she feels. not that I'm advocating germ warfare in anyway but if you want to take someone down just send in the children, if one child has a bug the following week everyone has it.

on a similar note, i got a friend (actually i should say she and her husband, who i consider both as friends, but i have only had a chance to talk to her the most since they had their baby)... anyhow, they have just had a baby and i have been wanting to go visit, but not with a cold of course. she has been inviting me to come over, and i have been wanting to go!
am at the end of the second cold i had within the span of a month. have heard similar things from others around here too.
