It's mating season up in Maine, so be careful up there. A guy got killed when he hit a moose somewhere in Northern Maine a few days ago, too.

I heard the Moose up there are bad hitting cars up there. Around here, we have to watch for the deer cuz they can run into cars. Mike hit one yrs ago and later my mom did. I was in the car both times and we were fortunate not to get hurt.

Somebody hit one a week or two ago on the western side of the reservoir. Their local VFD has added moose to their game supper fund raiser menu. I assume that the driver's okay. He's not on the menu.

Hehehe...

Never heard the "Mooses Come Walking, but love it.... and almost true. Can kinda vision them ramblin out of the back woods in Vermont and peering in my daughter's window.

Here's a pic - just my opinion they can go about anywhere they please.
