Snagged a couple of balcony seats for Arlo’s show in Mesa this past Saturday. Dave’s set list from the Birchmere concert was pretty much what we heard here. What was most remarkable about the evening was how very relaxed Arlo seemed. Despite being in front of about 1,500 people, it felt like we were hanging out with friends sharing stories and music. And it wasn’t just baby boomers in the audience. Saw a few families with three and four generations represented. So at the end, when Arlo got everyone singing My Peace, the sound was all the sweeter.

Hey Cheryl. I've seen some of your posts. Sounds like you've attended more than a few of Arlo's concerts. You are a fortunate person indeed. My friend and I are still feeling the effects of having taken a few hours out of our lives to go hang out and see Arlo. Almost like a vacation. Larry Groce always ends the Mountain State broadcast with the admonition to "go out and hear some live music". Truly is food for the soul.

Yep. I am so fortunate. I sure miss my late hubby Mike who was my concert buddy. Don't get to all the shows in VA like I used to cuz I don't have anyone to travel with me. The ones I do I enjoy so much and remember Mike at.
