Unbelievable show. The crowd sang to most of the tunes and very good I should add. They opened up with Midnight Special and ended with an encore with only Pete and Arlo on stage singing Goodnight Irene. I sat up in the 2nd tier 2nd booth from the stage and an image I will never forget will be when Arlo and Pete walked off, backs facing me, hands on the shoulders with the banjo on Pete's back. Truly magical the evening was. I can't believe Pete is 93. He looks great. I'll try to get a full set list up in a few days.

It was a great great show from start to finish!! I'm wondering if anyone knows the song which had chorus that went something like "although there's joy and pain throughout the world, there will still be singing tomorrow". They played it early in the first half.

This was our 4th year for the Thanksgiving show and it was the best. As a long time Pete fan, I was truly moved by seeing him and Arlo on stage. To open and close with classic Leadbelly songs was very memorable. Thanks Arlo & Pete!

It was only my second Carnegie show (not counting the time I saw Pete there in 1971) and it was wonderful. Thanks for posting the set list; I meant to take notes but you can't always do what you mean to do.

I particularly loved it when Pete and Arlo came back out at the end to do "Goodnight Irene" (which was a lullaby of sorts for me when I was little, with a slight wording change (and I don't think all the words were sung)). The audience at Carnegie also is just very special -- there's a whole lot of love there and it was so good to hear it.

I also, finally, met at least a few Arlo.net comrades in person -- Reg and her husband, and Deb -- at dinner beforehand, which also was really nice. Meeting new people, especially in large groups, is a bit hard for me but everyone was very welcoming.

Wow I knew this was a show not to be missed, but unfortunately due to what life throws your way, I missed it. Thank you for the set list, can picture Arlo and Pete and can almost hear them! Maybe someone got a tape of it that you can share?

Arlo told the story of going to California and, at his mother's urging, staying with Ramblin Jack Elliot. He talked about going with him to a Rodeo and first laying eyes on Jackie. I forget what song that lead into. Was it "I hear You Sing Again"?

It was "Highway In The Wind".
