I spent a few days to the Celtic Festival in Glasgow and of course I was very happy to see Arlo on Wednesday, ( I got a seat in front row! ) :)
He was on stage with four "Rambling Boys" ( the name of the show was Rambling Boys Reunion featuring AG)
Arlo sang some songs by himself (with his blue guitar and another one). Afterwards, they were all together on stage, everyone singing while the others strummed along .
A wonderful show, great songs and stories.
I only regret not speaking English very well ……...and when there is a Scottish accent :) …….. so I was not able to understand all that the Scottish folksingers said! ( but I understood what Arlo said)
I enjoyed this gig a lot and hope to see Arlo again in Europe. :D

You get around, don't you. :) I am glad that you had a good time, Cecile.

Thanks,
Yes, Brigitte, I like to get around. I didn't a lot over the past few years, but now it's time because it might be difficult when I'm retired :)

I'm so glad you could go; but dont' write off the retired years--the "pro's" try to make you think retirement is more limited than it has to be. Here's to many more trips to see Arlo!

A "retired" Shelley
