What I am trying to remember is a song which may or may not be by Arlo.
It is definitely in his style. (Story telling as in Alice's Restaurant.)
Here are some clues:
Guy wakes up, spills his corn flakes and tells about riding his motorcycle, tree reached out and grabbed him and next thing he knows he is "grooving with the kernels". But he is okay because he is going to be saved by Marie Laveau? who pilots a "pink helicopter".
Chorus is heavy on Marie Laveau.
