So I guess in a nutshell

The robin went to the moon, came back, and said that there is no mud on the moon.

You could make that into a flip-book.

Now, maybe this robin should try to jump to Mars!

What was that scary movie from the 50s, maybe Invasion From Mars? That was a nightmare for years. Not even a good movie but it scared me. Hahaha. I was outside yesterday and saw a flock (technically a round) of boy robins - maybe a couple of dozen. Kind of unusual for spring as they eventually start going solo looking at territory individually, until the girls come a another week or so. That said, it was pretty cool to see them all in a herd going by. It was snowing last night, and it's still on the ground this morning, so the robins flocking together makes some sense. It's still winter mode for them, and me too. Hopefully next week it'll start really getting on with mud season for everyone up here - birds or us people.

I don’t really know which movie? But found this one that at least sounds close to what you are saying that is from the 50s?

Anyway, notice the channel’s (uploader’s?) name.

Yep!

Speaking of old scary movies....remember "Island of Terror"? Probably would look pretty corny now but sure scared the crap out of me way back then.

I think the movies were scarier before they were able to animate everything with CGI or whatever it's called.

I was thinking along these lines as well. I love the low-tech creativity i would see in the older movies. (And TV shows)

Lost In Space (for instance) and the beachball “land mines” that would crest the ground surface and do that ASMR thing, and then the music,,,man I loved the music from Lost In Space. (Still do!)

Sparky, I don’t think I have seen that one either.

Can I just say that Twilight Zone and Outer Limits are favs. And that remake of Twilight Zone where John Lithgow plays the part that William Shatner played in that episode with the gremlin on the wing? I believed every minute of it.

I remember once being in the predicament of being inside a movie theatre watching “The Ring”. Entirely inappropriate.

End of Mud Season, I'm hoping. The ground has thawed and the rain isn't turning the dirt to mud anymore! Maybe real Spring is about here.

The Pink Moon looked great from here. A pretty clear sky - no clouds. Got some pix but not sure if I can up load here. Either way, it was nice :)

There was some cloudiness last night but I could still see it. Was pretty.
