I guess Arlo doesn't like Toronto anymore...... :|

There are no dates booked in this area.

Actually, I LOVE TORONTO. I've been asking the local promoters and venues up there to please bring us into the area... So far, no takers.

This is a great venue and just outside Toronto:

We saw you here a few years ago.....also a great venue:

I brought my very young son to a couple of your shows here in Toronto and he LOVED them (as did I). One of his goals in life is to hear you sing "Alice".

Our fingers are crossed!!

Would it help if we contacted the theatres suggesting that they book you?

We already know the great venues up there (we keep good records). But, they hafta want us to come up and do some playing! They know how and who to contact. We're rarin' to go whenever they want us (well, if it fits in the schedule). Hope we see you up there. :)

One of the general issues we have for this tour, is that the staging is heavier than many small venues can handle. The Alice 50 tour is a big production, so we can usually do it if the venues are used to having large tours come thru. Altho we've made it work in some fairly small venues, so here's to hoping!

Well, it may not help, but I've sent emails to all of the major (and minor) venues in the greater Toronto area. Hopefully, one or more of them will wake up!! :!:

I realized my comment was sort of silly given that you have 50 years of professional experience!! I am sure you know what you are doing Arlo! At any rate, I was just throwing in my 2 cents worth. :-)

Not at all... Its a pleasure to hear from you. And I've told our booking agent that we would extend the tour in May 2016 if we could play up there. But, it's a difficult show for a smaller venues due to the weight of the rigging and staging we are carrying for this particular anniversary tour. Having said that, we haven't given up hope - just waiting to hear from the larger venues up that way. :)

You are pretty groovy - caring about everybody seeing you! It is a pretty great show so good luck with that! Some of my best friends are Canadians! :-)

Glad there's others that feel the same way about missing Arlo in TO. We will get the ball going and email/phone all the great theatres around here that Arlo has already played in several times - even Massey Hall. It's time. Maybe after the Alice Tour, on a smaller venue, Hugh's Room would be nice. We saw David Bromberg there last year, Judy Collins is coming and some of our own like Murray McLaughlin and Gordon Lightfoot have even played there in the passed. In the meantime, my Guitar Instructor is thinking of having a tribute to Arlo songs at the TLC in Barrie...so watch out for that. Teresa

Well.....I'm embarassed for our local theatres. I emailed six of them and not a single one responded. I hope Teresa had better luck. :-(

I have looked at the concert schedule for years to figure out when I could see Arlo again, so I understand. I haven't seen him since he came to Charlotte, NC 10 years ago. Going to Newberry Opera House in SC on Wednesday. I can't wait. Arlo is in my medical records because I needed surgery and I told the doctors that I had to be OK on January 27th so it had to be early or wait until February. They told me cancer doesn't wait. I told them I was going. Ends up that I'm just fine and they just try to scare you.

So glad you're fine. Arlo is good medicine for anyone. :)

You got that right. Arlo is incredible. He does not know how much influence he has. Now that my oldest child went to the recent concert with me, she understands my attitude about certain things so much better.
