I found this cute wooden Box Labeled "The Best Of Arlo Guthrie" 1977 Warner Bros. Records, and stamped Sun Unlimited inc. of Burbank CA on the bottom. I thought it might be cassette box set but it seems somewhat small at 4.5" X 4.5" X 2" So I have no idea what it is (I suppose it could just be a trinket box), The bigger mystery after scouring the internet, is why there is no mention or photos. I think this photo that i'm presenting is the only one. without further adieu (TADA!) lol
I tried to post the picture here but I was told it's too big. Sort of a let down for a magical "reveal"
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Mystery indeed, I've had a little look around the internet and can't find an answer either. It's still a nice little box though.

I still have mine... It was a Warner's promotional gift given to radio stations and others, although I think anyone could have got one (it was beyond me). As it was for an album called "The Best Of..." it made sense to create a box that would be able to hold some small amount of the "Best Of.." someone's something... It was fairly expensive to produce compared to other promotional things, so there weren't many produced. adg

Mystery solved, Thanks Arlo.

That's a nice Idea,
Giving something to keep a bit of what you feel is the best of what you love with the best of you.
