Surfing around the internet, I came across a site called "Drinkify." You type in the name of the artist you're listening to, and it gives you back a recipe. So I present to you the "Arlo Guthrie."

“The Arlo Guthrie”

10 oz. Old Rip Van Winkle Bourbon
10 oz. Tabasco sauce
6 oz. Worcestershire sauce

Combine in highball glass and serve. Stir vigorously. Garnish with twist of lemon.

Yeah, those ratios sound pretty horrible to me.

Yeah, the ratios are a bit high. I figured it was to make a pitcher full. Even 10 oz of straight bourbon would be a bit much for me.

equal parts bourbon and tabasco sauce, and to that an added mere dash of 4 shots of worcestershire sauce….i think the lemon would just run away

I typed

Bob Dylan:- 8 oz. Sipsmith Gin
8 oz. Cough syrup

And got to listen to "Who killed Davey More"

Shane Macgowan:- 6 oz. Old Rip Van Winkle Bourbon
Serve neat. Stir quickly. Garnish with twist of lemon.

Didn't get to listen to anything
(was expecting a little more but this drink will do me just fine)

Simon & Garfunkel:- 12 oz. Sipsmith Gin
12 oz. Honey

No music again.

Nike Drake:- 1 bottle Red wine
Serve at room temperature. Garnish with sparklers.

got to listen to a nick drake instrumental

Fun

Wonder if there is a site that works the other way round
