Glad to be back to the topic. Viewing whats happening from this side of the pond the US still has great difficulties concerning relations among its own people/s. President Obama's election promised something better but alas no. I wonder what folks think about the 'Race' question and are future generations going to lumbered with not just new millstones but indications seem to point that present millstones shall be passed on. What if another kind of baton was to get passed on? (What ever happened to the Red Indians?) What ever happened to that different kind of 'Church' Arlo had in mind when he spoke to that 'Minister of god' so many years ago?

We are basically all the same only different

Peace, Goodwill and flower power to all who would smell such scent

Congress fiddles while America (the new Empire) burns. Perhaps its time to iron out the flaws within American society before continuing to attempt to correct the wee cracks in other countries/societies? (Not that lots of them need succour and military assistance)
Imagine the American people electing a President of the people, for the people and without the usual strings attached! Now that would probably be some race humdinger.....

"Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly. I can never be what I ought to be until you are what you ought to be. This is the interrelated structure of reality."

Its one wee mess you would like to drive to the dump but alas the bus is out of order and missing a driver....

Doesn't matter much as we row, row, row our boats gently down the stream, comfortably numb and wondering if there is anyone out there besides them....
