Seemingly ordinary things sometimes do get taken for granted in the hustle of today. Like how the joyful sound of the laughter of your lover makes you feel. The warm embrace of your children or grandchildren in your arms. Watching people and other living things grow and change. The look of love in someones eyes when you say things that make them smile. These are fleeting moments in our lives that we must learn to focus on and to celebrate. These are the gifts we are given, the gifts we should be most thankful for.
