That's Oklahoma City for those not native to the great state of Oklahoma!

I haven't posted here in quite awhile, but just had to tonight since I got tickets for the Wed show. Any fellow Okies or nearby Texans or Kansans going?

My wife and I, from Hannibal Missouri, will be there Thursday night. Have a great show.

Just got back from the concert. It was great! It wasn't exactly what I was expecting, but it was much better than expected. My 32 year old daughter went with me, she'd never heard of him. She loved the concert as much as I did.

And, Arlo autographed my harmonica!

That top picture is excellent. Nothing to be ashamed of there. Much better than mine. I think my daughter took some pictures with her phone, if so I'll get her to e-mail them to me and I'll try to post them in the next day or so.

BTW, did Arlo make it through the harp solo on "Highway in the Wind"? He crashed and burned Wednesday night. I think he might have had the wrong harp, 'cause he blew just a couple of notes, then quit. He grandson sure gave him a WTF look.

No harp problems on thursday. Just joy. I got on line at the door at 6:00PM doors open at 7:00. The front row was reserved for local special people. My wife and I sat second row center aisle. But how could it matter in a house that had only one hundred seats.
That is why I choose to travel from Hannibal Missouri a round trip of about one thoudand miles to see Arlo here. It was worth every mile.

midazolam, weren't you the guy that posted about taking care of Woody while he was at Creedmoor? Was wondering if you got to talk to the folkslinger about that.

No. He did not contact me and I did not see a time that was right to talk at the concert. Someday, maybe next time.
I see my needs to share but I suppose he might rather not. If a thousand people out there want just one minute of his time each, when will he have any time of his own.

(By the way, that was at Brooklyn State Hospital)
