I want you thank you all for the awesome birthday wishes. I had a great day yesterday but the only disadvantage was I had a lemon cake, not a chonklit cake. Lemon cake was very tasty!

As for my behavioral health, I am currently attending an impartial outpatient program for mental health. I have been attending the program after I had a major breakdown at work a few weeks ago and ended up in the hospital. I attend the program three times a week and I am getting a large amount of treatment from counselors and psychiatrists. Gives me a more understanding on how to control anger, anxiety, depression through teaching groups and group therapy. I am still taking my meds as directed. Hopefully in three weeks I will be discharged from the program, the treatment is four weeks long. I hope in the near future I will be more mentally stable.
Hopefully I will see most of youse this Fall at Carnegie or any Arlo show that is nearby my town.

Hope you're doing better. Hang in there. I can relate as I have depression due to diabetes and it got worse when Mike passed on...
