Thanks for the info. Prayers & vibes sent their way. I know what they are going thru. Our phone was out for almost a month a coupla months ago & to get online, I had to go to either the library or my folks house. I had a devil of a time trying to get them out here to fix it. Hope they get theirs fixed soon...

We're back! (fingers crossed) Some late night technical cussing and rebuilding of the network...AND...stupid AT&T turning our switch back on...finds us mostly up and running again. Thanks for the vibes, Cheryl and the support, Judy. Now I have TOO much to read. Anything been happening this week?

Not a thing Jay. I knew you were having connection troubles and hated the idea of stuff happening without you knowing about it. So, I called Pat Robertson and asked him to talk to God and postpone all current events and news until your return. He agreed and said to me "That's a great idea! Besides, it will give Sarah Palin some time to get briefed! Be sure to thank Jay for me!"

Glad you're up and running. Hope things go better for ya. We have ordered dsl internet. They finally have it & cable net around here & it is cheaper than cablenet. We got the modem but they can't start the service until Oct 3. So I am antsy-pantsy just dying for the day it wll start up. Dialup internet was getting way too slow. Vibes...

Hey Cheryl, thanks for checking in.maybe drop into blat some weekend:) Hey Jafo although we just got hit by snow and are getting hit again today overall this winter has been pretty tame. The Canal just opened to skaters, about a week later then last year, the season is getting shorter and shorter and winterlude has seen many rainy days the last few years.Weather not so good for ice sculptures and outdoor skating,,makes yeah wonder why a dept. of gov spent 750k a piece on several temporary change shacks used for just a few weeks a year.A little wood, steel frame some fancy curved glass or some type of plastic and a few benches inside.Meanwhile that kind of money can buy or build several houses here.
